I first walked on the Sea Pines Beach 45 years ago. My family has owned property on the island continuously since the late 60's. After graduating from Duke University in 1971, my entrepreneurial spirit led me to Colorado where I was a principal and president of 3 different start up companies. I brought my strong business and marketing experience to the Island and joined The Sea Pines Real Estate Company in 1997. I have consistently been one of the company's top producers and am a lifetime member of Sea Pines Real Estate's Hall of Fame. I'm a member of the Sea Pines Country Club and I live with my family near the beach in Sea Pines. We spend our spare time playing golf and tennis, boating, riding our bicycles and walking on our pristine beaches. I love this place!

Laura and her family started visiting the Island yearly in 1964, bought their first property in 1969 and finally moved here in 1976 when Laura joined the Sea Pines Real Estate Co. , where she has been a top producer ever since. She feels that her success is due in large part to her firm belief in the value of Hilton Head property , and her clients are always happy to hear that she has personally invested in properties in Sea Pines, Palmetto Dunes, Long Cove, Forest Beach and Daufuskie Island over the years.

A graduate of Duke U., Laura has been actively involved in the community, having served on the Hilton Head Planning Commission, the Southern Beaufort County Regional Task Force and numerous Boards, and takes great pleasure in using her experience and knowledge of the area to serve her real estate clients. She is a long time resident of Sea Pines having lived on the ocean in South Beach for almost 30 years.

A Hilton Head lawyer for 29 years, Carol joined Sea Pines Real Estate in 2004. Carol graduated from Duke University and S.U.N.Y. Buffalo Law School. She has two sons who attend Washington and Lee Law and Boston College. Carol is a member of the Bars of South Carolina, Florida and New York. She enjoys an extensive real estate clientele and has been involved in sales and listings in Sea Pines, Wexford, Spanish Wells, Windmill Harbour, North Forest Beach, Oakview, Old House Creek, Marshside, Hilton Head Plantation, Indigo Run, Folly Field, Old Woodlands, Moss Creek, Rose Hill, Hampton Hall, Woodbridge, The Crescent and Belfair. Originally from Bronxville, New York, Barbara spent her professional career in New York City. After vacationing for several years, she relocated to Hilton Head in 1981. In Manhattan, she worked for Conde Nast Publications as a Merchandising Editor and later became involved in real estate. At Whitbread Nolan, she specialized in apartment/town home coop and condominium sales, Barbara has been a sales executive with the Sea Pines Real Estate Company since 1984 and is a Lifetime member of the Distinguished Sales Award. She enjoys the challenge of matching the needs of buyers with the right property and working with sellers to market their property to sell in today's market.

I am from Rochester, NY, where I put my electrical engineering and finance degrees to good use working for Rochester Telephone Company (RTC), spending most of my career as the general manager of a number of small independent telcos that were associated with RTC. In 1992, I started pursuing my other passion, real estate sales, on a part time basis. That same year, my wife Lyn and I visited Hilton Head Island and purchased a home in Sea Pines at South Beach. In 1996, while here for the winter as a "snow-bird", I began the second phase of my real estate strategy and became a sales associate with The Sea Pines Real Estate Company. We have 4 children and 8 grandsons, and we love golf and the other outdoor activities that are so abundant here on Hilton Head Island. After graduating from Lynchburg College, I moved to Hilton Head and started working for Sea Pines Resort in the Hospitality division. In my fourteen years with Sea Pines Resort, I worked in many aspects of Property Management, most recently as the Property Procurement Manager, acquiring real estate for the resort rental program. After graduating from The Ohio State University in 1989 with a degree in business/marketing, I moved from Ohio to Hilton Head in 1991 to pursue a career as a golf professional and worked at the Oyster Reef Golf Club. After attaining my PGA membership, I had an opportunity to change career paths and start a real estate appraisal firm. I have owned and operated my own real estate appraisal company since 1998 and have performed over 2500 residential appraisals. I am a Certified Residential Appraiser as well as a Licensed Real Estate Sales Agent. Thanks to my extensive appraising background, I have a unique knowledge of most every neighborhood on Hilton Head, Bluffton and beyond.
