The Country Club is
celebrated as the home of one of the finest
courses in the Carolinas. Renowned golf course
architect Rees Jones integrated the natural
beauty of the Low country on every hole. Players
negotiate stately pine forest, salt water
marshes and fresh water lagoons, then pause
on the renowned 12th fairway which offers
open vistas of the Intracoastal Waterway and
Skull Creek.
Directions
Located in Hilton Head Plantation. From the
bridge at Hwy 278, follow onto Island and
follow the Hwy 278 business road. Take the
main entrance to Hilton Head Plantation on
your left and ask the gate guard for a pass
to the Country Club. Follow the main road
until it ends. Take a left at the stop sign.
Follow this road for about 1 mile and take
Skull Creek Drive on your right. The Country
Club will then be on your right. (see
