Port
Royal Golf Club, cuddled by the Atlantic coastline, is located
on the northwestern point of Hilton Head Island, named one
of the "Top 75 U.S. Golf Resorts" by Golf Digest
Magazine. The Club is situated in Port Royal Plantation along
with the luxurious oceanfront Westin Resort.
Barony is an enjoyable course for all skill levels.
From the tee, many of the holes appear to be relatively open,
however, the challenge becomes clear as the small, well-bunkered
greens come into play. The back nine in particular is a fine
mix of long and short holes. Like its sister courses at Port
Royal, Barony begins and ends at the club's beautiful Antebellum-style
clubhouse.
Directions
Located mid-Island in Port Royal Plantation. The plantation
entrance is located between mile markets 5 and 6 on Hwy 278
Business. Turn into Port Royal Plantation and follow the signs
to the Golf Club. (see
